2.1. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our gemstones.
2.2. All gemstone weights, sizes, and grades are professionally examined.
2.3. We do not guarantee metaphysical or healing properties of gemstones, as these are based on belief systems rather than scientific evidence.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1. Prices are listed in £GBP and are subject to change without notice.
3.2. Payment must be made in full before shipment. We accept Master Card, Visa, Google Pay, Apple Pay and American Express.
3.3. Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Order & Cancellation
4.1. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
4.2. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4.3. Cancellations must be requested within 24 Hours of placing the order. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1. We deliver products nationwide in the United Kindom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
5.2. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and carrier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances.
5.3. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us via email or telephone within 5 days of expected delivery to file a claim.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original condition. (All products are extensivley photographed for our records)
6.2. Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6.3. Custom orders, personalized items, and discounted products
are non-refundable.
7. Authenticity Guarantee
7.1. We guarantee the authenticity of all gemstones sold.
7.2. Certification (if applicable) will be provided for specific stones upon request and may involve additional charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
8.2. We do not provide any warranties beyond those explicitly stated in these terms.

10.2. Any disputes will be settled through arbitration in Chester.

Return and Refund Policy.
Thank you for shopping with us at TrueGem Brilliance. We take pride in offering high-quality gemstones and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Returns.
Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Gemstones must be in their original, unaltered condition, unused, and undamaged. Stones that have been set in jewelry, altered, or customized are not eligible for return.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Custom or personalized gemstones.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
Gift cards.
Return Process:

Photos of the item(s) (if applicable).
Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different gemstone or product, please follow the return procedure outlined above and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for. You will be refunded for the returned item once it has been processed.

We carefully inspect each gemstone before shipment, but if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with a description and photos of the issue. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a full refund.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, cancellations are not accepted.
